About the role

As a full-time Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic sports and recreation club located in the heart of Singapore's vibrant Central Region. This key leadership role will see you driving the strategic direction of the club, ensuring exceptional customer service, and cultivating a thriving community of members and guests.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of club operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facility maintenance

• Develop and implement innovative programmes, events, and activities to engage club members and attract new customers

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service and ensure a seamless member experience

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, suppliers, and community partners

• Identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth and expansion, in line with the company's strategic vision

• Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of club staff to achieve operational excellence

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the sports and recreation industry

• Proven track record in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service

• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams

• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing and business strategies

• Thorough understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

• Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
