Job Scope:

 To support B2B

• Manage customer inquiries, orders and arranging deliveries
• Sales administration – helping and supporting business with customer’s queries, liaison with suppliers and service providers etc
• Tracking customers’ consumption and requirements, managing stocks ordering and replenishment

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office

• Customer service orientated, with good communication and interpersonal skill

• 1-2 years of experience in Logistics industry will be a bonus

Working Hours: Office Hours or Night Shift

Office Hours: 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Thursday), 8am - 6.30pm (Friday)

Night Shift: 9pm - 9am (3-4-4-3 work pattern) -Work 3 days, 4 days off & work 4 days, 3 days off-
