Job Scope:

Accounting Duties

• Handle full set of accounts, including balance sheet, P&L, and monthly journal entries.

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare cheque/GIRO payments and manage petty cash.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and employee databases.

• Prepare and submit GST reports and other tax-related filings to IRAS.

• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and staff claims (overtime, NS, childcare, paternity).

• Liaise with secretary, tax agent, and auditor for annual audits.

HR Duties

• Manage daily HR operations for about 30 staff with support from HR Assistant.

• Handle recruitment, employment contracts, and work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, EDB, IRAS, ACRA) on HR matters.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

• Support employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Organize staff engagement activities and company events.

• Carry out other ad-hoc accounting and HR tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience in handling full sets of accounts, payroll, and GST reporting.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, work pass management, and employee benefits.
