Our esteemed client, an established MNC company, is searching for Supply Chain Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and process accurate shipping documentation in a timely manner.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders for shipment arrangements.
Generate and manage high volumes of purchase orders (POs) and input data into SAP and other systems.
Arrange sailing schedules, review invoices and bills of lading (BL).
Oversee order backlog and forecast management for suppliers and customers.
Monitor and maintain payment processes to suppliers, including insurance applications.
Perform freight billing checks and cost analysis for cargo and logistics operations.
Assist with department KPI visualization and ensure timely reporting.
May be required to travel overseas on a case-by-case basis.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Incoterms, invoices, and packing lists.
Strong experience with high-volume PO generation and data entry (Company average: 3,000–3,500 POs/month).
Experience working with freight forwarders for overseas shipments (Company average: 900 containers/month).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Comfortable handling large volumes of data and using ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Willingness to work overtime and travel overseas when required.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 4,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus (2 - 3 Months)
Working Location: Labrador Park
Working Hours: 5 days work, 8.30am - 5.30pm
