Job Description:
Provide Admin support / Data Entry / Invoicing
Work with different team ie. Admin / Accounts / E-commence
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Meticulous and detail-oriented as the job requires documentation work;
Possess initiative to respond to customers’ needs
Proficient in MS office applications.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Mandarin speaking in order to communicate with clients.
Possess good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and consistently maintaining and meeting timelines under minimal supervision.
Self-motivated and energetic with strong learning attitude.
Able to work independently.
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
