Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Handle company’s e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada) – product listing, promotion setup, order tracking, and campaign management.

• Develop marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and sales.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media engagement.

• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

• Stay updated on digital marketing and e-commerce trends.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce management.

• Familiar with Shopee & Lazada seller platforms (product upload, promotions, campaign tools).

• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an advantage.
