Job Scope:

• Oversee and manage the daily activities of ship newbuild projects.

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Senior/Project Manager.

• Carry out VSCC inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness at the shipyard.

• Coordinate with various trades to achieve project milestones safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Plan, develop, and implement cost-effective project schedules and strategies.

• Review man-hour usage, assess resource requirements, and forecast project completion.

• Monitor productivity, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

• Lead project meetings to resolve issues and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Naval Architecture.

• At least 1 year of experience in newbuild, ship repair projects, or marine production functions (Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, or Piping) preferred.

• Ship Repair Manager Course certification will be added advantage.
