Job Responsibilities:

Process Engineer :

• Oversee production operations to maximize efficiency, machine utilization, yield, and reduce scrap.

• Supervise and guide Assistant Engineers and Technicians to ensure tasks are carried out effectively.

• Lead process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and preventive maintenance for reliable operations.

• Work with R&D on new product development and ensure proper documentation, training, and process standardization.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 through quality control, SPC record keeping, and corrective actions.

• Maintain stable processes and high product quality using data analysis and addressing customer issues.

• Uphold EHS standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) by promoting safety, cleanliness, and a secure work environment.

• Identify risks, recommend safe practices, and build EHS awareness through training and education.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a production or process-related role.

• Having a solid understanding of stamping processes, die design, tooling, and material selection is an advantage

• Familiarity with quality systems and auditing, with hands-on experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Possess strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and quality management systems (such as ISO standards).

Assistant Engineer:

• Support daily production and ensure tasks follow standard procedures.

• Check material receipts, update ERP, and set up machines correctly.

• Monitor operators to ensure safety, quality, and work compliance.

• Provide technical support and resolve production issues.

• Review records, confirm output, and issue Delivery Orders to subcontractors.

• Handle quality concerns, stop production if needed, and report to the Section Manager.

• Join quality audits, investigate defects, and suggest process improvements.

• Promote workplace safety, EHS awareness, and accident prevention.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and machinery operations.

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and manufacturing processes.

• Willing to work on shifts and a 4-day work week schedule if required
