Job Scope:

• Prepare and issue invoices for freight forwarding services.

• Record and update Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in the system.

• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collection.

• Assist in reconciling AR accounts and solving billing discrepancies.

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on billing matters.

• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing activities.

• Manage documentation and filing of invoices, delivery orders, and related records.

• Assist the finance team with audits and other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in accounting or billing
