Job Scope:

• Ensure smooth running of equipment and facility systems.

• Plan and perform regular maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

• Support equipment installation, upgrading, and commissioning.

• Drive process improvements to enhance reliability and reduce costs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• With relevant 2–3 years’ experience in maintenance or technical roles (manufacturing/industrial)

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and controls

• Problem-solving skills, able to work independently

• Good teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills

• Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and basic data analysis (added advantage)

• Able to under training and development
