As a Head of Nursing Home, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staffing, facilities, and financial oversight. 

• Ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centered care and services that meet their individual needs. 

• Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the home's goals and uphold its vision. 

• Making sure the facility adheres to all regulatory, legal, and professional standards. 

• Recruiting, training, and managing nursing and support staff, addressing personnel issues, and fostering professional development. 

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals. 

• Developing and implementing business continuity plans to manage emergency situations and crises effectively. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in operations/administration, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or eldercare sector.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent organisational, financial management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards related to healthcare/eldercare facilities is an advantage.
