Job Scope:

• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure smooth import, export, and local deliveries.

• Manage shipment bookings, prepare and submit accurate shipping instructions, and handle customs clearance documentation.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

• Track shipment schedules, monitor delivery status, and resolve logistics or transportation issues promptly.

• Prepare and manage all related shipping documents, invoices, permits, and regulatory paperwork.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.

• Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to support business and customer delivery needs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain (Electronic Manufacturing)

• Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documents, and customs clearance.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
