Healthcare Assistant (No graveyard shifts) - #1113541

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout their stay.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast beverages to patients in a timely manner.

• Replenish pantry supplies after breakfast service and prepare refreshments during tea breaks.

• Orientate patients to their assigned beds and facilities, providing guidance and assistance where needed.

• Respond promptly to patients’ call bells, relay requests to the appropriate department, and ensure follow-up.

• Assist patients with feeding, as directed by nursing staff.

• Guide and assist patients to the toilet when required.

• Monitor patients closely, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry supplies; notify nursing staff of low stock levels.

• Support nursing staff with changing and cleaning patients when necessary.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the department-in-charge to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent.

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.

• Willingness to work on a rotating shift system (no night or graveyard shifts required).
