Marketing Executive (Luxury & Travel) - 12-Month Contract | Office Hours - #1113502

Job Highlights:
We are hiring! We are looking for a Marketing Executive for Monarch, a by-invite only VIP tier for Changi Rewards, the travel and retail loyalty program.

As part of the team, you will play a supporting role in driving the overall Monarch program development and its program benefits, building strategic partnership initiatives and curating meaningful members’ engagement to drive sales.

Salary: up to $5,000 per month
Contract duration: 12 months

Job Descriptions:

• Drive membership growth, footfall, engagement, and spend through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

• Plan and execute events and digital campaigns to enhance member experiences.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve the program and deliver results.

• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report insights to drive retention and positive customer experiences.

• Work with creative agencies and manage digital communication channels (eDM, WhatsApp, website, etc.).

• Support system enhancements and ensure seamless program updates.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.

• Minimum Degree in any related fields.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in loyalty or luxury marketing in CRM/lux/travel retail/hospitality.

• Experience in driving partnerships and new revenue generation for profitability. Track record on sales and revenue generation is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
