Senior/Assistant Manager, Finance - #1113486

Job Scope:

• Support management reporting and participate in the annual budgeting process (operating & capital budgets) by coordinating, compiling, and reviewing departmental submissions, and providing analysis of budget adequacy and variances.

• Respond to departmental budget queries and monitor capital and operating expenditure during monthly/quarterly performance reviews or purchase requisition approvals to maintain effective budgetary control.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to external agencies.

• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external parties to investigate discrepancies and ensure smooth financial workflows.

• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support finance system implementations.

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
