Job descriptions:

Host

• Prepare pre-marketing video before live streaming

• Pre-preparation of live streams

• Host regular livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee to showcase our products, educating and engaging with potential customers.

• Develop creative and engaging content to drive brand awareness and sales.

• Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to build a strong online community.

• Analyse livestream metrics (viewership, engagement, sales conversion) to improve content performance and drive continuous growth.

Assistant

• Handle backend updates and content management for online platforms.

• Provide real-time support during live streaming, including administrative duties, responding to customer inquiries and managing comments.

• Coordinate product displays, lighting, and setup for an engaging live streaming experience. (Before and after livestream sessions)

• Support administrative tasks, including scheduling live sessions, maintaining inventory records, and processing orders.

• Ensure smooth operation of online platforms by updating product listings, promotions, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Passionate about livestreaming and beauty industry.

• Prefer with prior experience in live streaming, social media influencing, e-commerce or sales is a plus. No experience is also welcome. Training will be provided
