Infrastructure Analyst - #1113457

Job Description:

• Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers, Wireless APs & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops

• Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT appliances

• Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware

• Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools 

• Monitor backup & restoration of databases

• Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Veeam etc

• Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users including branch office users

• Working knowledge on virtualisation technologies mainly Hyper V, VMware. 

• Knowledge in Hyper Converge and Nutanix would be bonus

• Provide remote IT support during major campaigns / peak periods

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering or a related field required

• Experience working with VoIP systems preferred 

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Dell SAN Storage is desirable

• Ability to work as part of a team and establish working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts, and work effectively and professionally in a team environment

• Available to work period weekends and off-hours for on-site support requirements

• Available for rotational on call support
