Job Description:
Prepare and cook burgers, fries, sides, and ice cream/desserts according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth operations.
Manage food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
Lead and guide kitchen assistants or crew.
Job Requirement:
Prefer min 1 - 2 years of working experience in in F&B / kitchen operations, especially burger, café, or fast food restaurant.
Preferable Degree in hospitality or related courses.
Basic cooking and food preparation skills; able to handle both hot food (burgers, fries) and desserts (ice cream, toppings).
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage).
Good leadership and team management skills.
