Responsibilities:

• Check an post approved manual sales invoices and notes to Navision
• Perform month end AR closing reports
• Check and post approved manual invoices and notes into Navision
• Perform month end AP closing and reports
• Reconciliation of suppliers statement accounts
• Prepare payments to suppliers and staff claim
• Reconcile sales interface reports
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting
• 2 years experience in accounting related
• Experience in trading and service industry will be added advantage
