Job Responsibilities:  

• Handle enquiries from callers

• Attend to calls in professional manner

• Timely rectification of issues

• Ensure enquiries are attended to, according to guideline

• Log enquiries onto the system

Requirement:

• Min O Level

• 2 - 3 years of call centre services experiences preferably

• Able to adapt to fast pace environment. 

• Passionate in customer service

• A positive team player with the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic.
