Our client, a Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Airfreight Planning Executive.

Job Description:

• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipment to maximize efficiency.

• Follow up on status of Freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated.

• Work closely with Airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.

• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying form customer carriers.

• Ensuring that all shipments are completed and uplift on time with the agreed rate with customers and Airline.

• Producing progress report and Profit & Loss to the Team and stakeholders.

• Handling RFQ and Tender matter.

• Coordinate with Sales on sales enquiries and assist them by providing them the best solution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year's work experience within the same industries / field.

• Keep track of all the Buying/ Selling rates from the customers and Airlines.

• Able to plan all Bulk Unitization Program (BUP) Shipment for consolidation.

• Strong in organizing, executing, and time management.

• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.
