We’re hiring for a senior applications leader to join a well-established institution in the education sector. This role blends hands-on technical depth with team leadership, managing applications that support staff and students across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for application design, development, and support.

• Oversee ongoing operations, upgrades, and enhancements of key enterprise systems.

• Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business and academic needs.

• Manage vendors and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, driving best practices in development and support.

• Plan and manage projects, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify risks and put mitigation strategies in place.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience (15+ years) in application development and maintenance, with at least 8 years in a leadership or team management capacity.

• Technical expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core), SQL Server, IIS, and related frameworks.

• Exposure to ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms).

• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

• Track record of leading teams, managing vendors, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only.
