Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Providing professional and friendly services to phone calls and walk-ins
Ensure a clean and well-maintained reception area and meeting room.
Manage incoming mail and parcels/packages
Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mails.
Handle purchase, inventory, and distribution for stationeries, pantry and cleaning items.
Maintain office security by controlling access via reception desk
Perform general administrative duties.
Ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
At least GCE “O” Level or NITEC or Diploma
Job Requirements:
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a receptionist or customer services role.
Proficient in MS Office.
Pleasant personality, meticulous, responsible, positive working attitude.
Good communication and warm hospitality.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to plan and meet deadlines and prioritize tasks assigned.
Knowledge and ability on logistics arrangements.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
