The Senior Executive (Talent Acquisition Lead) plays a key role in supporting the Senior HR Manager (SHRM) in leading and managing the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role focuses on driving recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the delivery of timely and quality hires to meet the organization’s manpower needs. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, working closely with TA team members, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the organization’s employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Lead
Assist the SHRM in leading and managing the Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower needs and ensure timely, quality hires.
Drive talent attraction initiatives, including employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment campaigns.
Support the oversight of recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Work closely with TA team members to build capabilities and ensure delivery of recruitment goals.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles, particularly within labor-intensive environments.
Track, analyze, and report TA metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
HR Support
Support the SHRM in HR-related projects and initiatives where recruitment input is required.
Work closely with other HR team members to ensure accurate and timely sharing of TA information, supporting HR operations, Payroll, and consistent service delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in labor-intensive industries, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
Proven track record in driving successful recruitment outcomes in labor-intensive industries.
Experienced in using Recruitment Management Systems (RMS), other recruitment tools or similar platforms.
Strong supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resourceful, resilience and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skill.
Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and recruitment best practices.
