Job Description
Generate qualify leads, source and develop client referrals
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Schedule sales activity
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Negotiate with clients
Develop sales proposals
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Carry out market research and surveys
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Meeting assigned sales targets
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably from the office furniture industry)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Result-orientated
Independent, creative and resourceful
Team Player
Able to work under high pressure
Hardworking, honest and cooperative with positive attitude
Love to travel and to meet up with people
Compensation
Working location: Ubi Ave, Singapore
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm
AWS
Variable Bonus
Monthly sales commission
Quarterly and half yearly sales incentive
Transportation claim with receipts for work related trip
OT pay after 9pm
