Requirements:

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design / decoration or quantity survey on cost etc.

• More than 10 years of experience in construction management of buildings and commercial complexes and high capability in door / window hardware detailed proposal by referring to BQ & drawing

• Has extensive experience in China’s construction technical specifications

• Project management, lead all local and overseas (mainly China) projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion.

• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.

• Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team. Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

• Possess a wealth of human resource management capabilities

• Have a strong sense of responsibility towards work, willing to work with the company to grow extensively, has an ambition and plan to expand China and Asia market

• Candidates who are good in both English and Chinese language is an asset to liaise with Chinese speaking clients/associates

• Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCAD is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build up Singapore ABS as prestigious brand technically both in Singapore and overseas market especially in the Greater China

• Assist managing director in developing and implementing corporate strategy and policies. Prepare monthly and annually project analysis report and annual project planning to the board of directors.

• Frequent travel between Singapore and China pioneering, supervising and liaising with project parties
