Key Responsibilities:

• 企业FP&A：

• Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• 领导全集团的预算编制、预测和财务建模工作。

• Deliver insightful management reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs) to CFO/CEO/Board.

• 向CFO/CEO/董事会提供有效的管理报告（损益表、资产负债表、现金流量表、KPI）。

• Conduct variance analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and track KPIs.

• 进行差异分析，识别风险/机会，并跟踪关键绩效指标（KPI）。

• Partner with business leaders on financial strategy and decision support.

• Investor Relations (IR):

• 投资者关系（IR）：

• Support CFO in developing IR strategy and materials for financing and capital market activities.

• 协助CFO制定投资者关系（IR）战略和融资及资本市场活动相关材料。

• Prepare investor-focused financial analyses and valuation models.

• 准备以投资者为重点的财务分析和估值模型。

• Support IPO readiness and future public reporting requirements.

• 支持 IPO 筹备和未来的公开报告要求。

• Corporate Development:

• 企业发展：

• Provide financial analysis & modeling for M&A, JVs, and strategic investments.

• 为并购、合资企业和战略投资提供财务分析和建模。

• Build valuation models (DCF, LBO, Comps) and conduct due diligence.

• 构建估值模型（DCF、LBO、可比公司分析）并进行尽职调查。

• Evaluate financial impact and assist in deal structuring/integration planning.

• 评估财务影响，并协助交易架构设计/整合规划。

Required Qualifications:

所需资格：

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master’s (MBA/MFin) preferred.

• 金融、会计、商业或相关领域的学士学位；硕士学位（MBA/MFin）优先。

• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory.

• 在财务计划与分析（FP&A）、企业融资、投资银行、咨询或交易咨询领域拥有10 年以上工作经验。

• Expertise: Advanced financial modeling (3-statement, valuation, scenario) & executive presentation building (PowerPoint).

• 专业技能：高级财务建模（三报表、估值、情景分析）及高管演示文稿制作（PowerPoint）。

• Bilingual: Fluent written/spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

• 双语能力：具备流利的书面和口语英语及普通话能力。

• Strategic mindset, strong leadership, ability to influence and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services.

• High-growth/startup environment exposure.
