IT UI/UX Executive - #1113125

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

- Sketch, wireframe, and prototype user experiences for web and mobile platforms

- Design intuitive UI layouts with attention to detail, accessibility, and brand consistency.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

- Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure UI consistency across products.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Design, HCI, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

- Ability to create both low-fidelity sketches and polished UI mockups

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

- Experience designing responsive interfaces across devices

- Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly

Proficient in the following tools:

- Figma (primary design and prototyping tool)

- Adobe Photoshop (image editing and asset preparation)

- Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics and icon design)

- Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing and documentation reviews)

- Procreate iPad OS (freehand concept sketching, digital illustration)

Bonus Points:

- Experience working in a fintech environment

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration workflows

- Familiarity with user research and A/B testing tools
