Early Childhood Educator (East/North-East) - #1113124

Job Description: 

• Maintain high service standards and attend all scheduled meetings and training.

• Develop engaging lesson plans and use suitable teaching materials to support children's learning.

• Collaborate with a team to create effective learning environments and manage diverse learners.

• Coordinate interventions with families and the Transdisciplinary team to enhance child outcomes.

• Monitor children's progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for parents.

• Ensure a safe, hygienic environment and maintain classroom resources.

• Communicate regularly with parents and uphold confidentiality.

• Assist with ad-hoc projects or committees as needed by the Lead Educator, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or Programme Lead.

Requirement: 

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for working with preschoolers.
