·         Provide on-site leadership and supervision for semiconductor plant construction projects.

·         Ensure that construction activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

·         Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

·         Manage and coordinate all aspects of piping works within semiconductor plant construction projects.

·         Collaborate with project teams to ensure that design specifications align with client requirements and safety standards.

·         Implement construction management best practices to meet project goals.

·         Enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

·         Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

·         Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites.

·         Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

·         Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, engineers, and construction teams.

·         Provide regular progress reports and updates to management.

·         Ad-hoc Safety coordinator duties if necessary
