ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & Controlling Executive to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-spectrum accounting support and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Reports to Finance Manager. Responsible for supporting the company’s accounting & controlling function.

SPECIFIC MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities (daily and monthly):

• Accounts Payables (AP): Recording of supplier invoices (ensure 3-way matching “invoice - delivery note - purchase order”), miscellaneous payables and support the payment processing

• Accounts Receivables (AR): Booking of receivables and receipts recording

• General Ledger: Prepare GL schedules and maintain fixed asset register

• Financial Closing (month end): Support Finance team in the month end closing process

Other responsibilities (daily and monthly):

• Generate and send monthly AR statement of accounts

• Recording and settlement of company credit cards transactions and employees’ expenses claim

• Documents scanning and maintaining proper/systematic filling

Yearly scope:

• Financial Audits: Support the Finance team in collating and providing documents as per Audit request list

• Taxation: Support the Finance team in preparing workings, extract documents and GL listing

Others / Projects:

• Ad-hoc tasks/duties: Perform ad-hoc finance related tasks/duties as and when assigned by Finance Manager.

REQUIRMENTS

Education:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent (a must).

Experience:

• Minimum: 4-5 years' experience in accounting/costing functions.

• ERP: Experienced in using ERP system.

• MS Excel: Excellent skill in MS Excel (Advance level).

• Confidentiality: Able to keep confidential information and discreet.

• Comfortable with the location and office environment.

• Singaporean /PRs only.
