About the role

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at BEN'S EXPRESS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD., you will play a key role in driving our sales and marketing efforts for MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) services, including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Spider Lifts, Material Lifts, Forklifts, and more.

This full-time position will be based in Gul Drive, where you will engage with customers, promote our MEWP solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities

2. Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential customers

3. Presenting our MEWP services and solutions to customers in a compelling and informative manner

4. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your sales targets

5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

6. Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to improve our products and services

7. Assisting with various administrative tasks related to the sales and marketing process

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the equipment rental industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers

3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

4. Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, tools, and techniques

5. A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

6. Strong organizational and time-management skill
