Information Systems Engineer (Work Location – Tuas)

Job Purpose:
Design, support, and optimize IT systems to drive secure, efficient, and innovative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, networks, and software solutions.

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support across platforms.

• Apply cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

• Support data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools for business insights.

• Recommend new technologies, automate tasks, and support digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.

• 2+ years’ IT support or system engineering experience preferred.

• Hands-on with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision), BI tools, and reporting.

• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and networking concepts.

• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills to support users effectively.

The successful Information Systems Engineer must possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
