Responsible for executing warehouse and logistics policies and procedures and implementation of safety, quality and operational excellence programs in the warehouse to drive safe, compliant and efficient operations. also responsible for training of all internal warehouse personnel and outsourced service providers.
Responsible for resource planning to support import, export and warehouse operations
Responsible for overall inventory management to achieve inventory accuracy
Responsible for warehouse asset and maintenance of equipment
Responsible for waste management to achieve waste reduction and recycling objective
Responsible for safety and quality, custom and trade and regulatory requirement.
Import Operations
■ Responsible for Import operations. Work with cross functional team and import agents to ensure timely resolution of import clearance issues. Ensure required document provide by supplier, permit clearance in accordance to Abbott procedures, use authorized agents.
Export Operations
■ Responsible for Export operations. Process shipping orders and coordinate with service partners and planning center to execute shipment. Responsible for Export documentation. Application of health certificates, verify accuracy of commercial invoice and preferential certificate of origin. Ensure export document are compliant with the relevant Free Trade Agreement, Major Exporter Scheme and with Corporate Customs and Trade policies. Track and report daily documentation status and ensure Documentation KPI are met
Safety
■ Ensure timely people are train before performing a task. and review training effectiveness
■ Responsible for safety programs such as Behavior-base safety (BBS), Risk Assessment, incident reporting, comply with regulatory requirements
Quality systems
■ Investigator and Resolution writer for quality related events in warehouse.
■ Write procedures, Prepare Job Aids and training materials on procedures related to warehouse activities
■ Prepare and attend to audits and close CAPA actions from audits
Warehouse Operations
■ Collaborate closely with QA and Pest Control Engineers to ensure AMS and 3PL warehouses Maintain GMP standards, product safety, and quality standards.
■ Maintain effective pest control measures in the warehouse and investigate any pest or micro incidents promptly.
■ Manage warehouse cleaning program. Ensure adherence to the warehouse cleaning schedule
■ Maintain proper warehouse label management in compliance with food safety programs and ISO standards.
■ Waste management- Maintain proper records, promote recycling and to reduce incineration. drive waste reduction
■ Oversee receiving operations and ensure smooth material flow between plant and external warehouses, timely replenishment to support production needs.
■ Responsible for management of warehouse assets, include storage racks, fork trucks, material handling equipment, conveying systems, pallets
Resource and layout planning
■ Warehouse resource planning ensures all workstation are crew to support by 24/7 production
■ Ensure efficient warehouse layout and storage plan to support seamless material movement, reduce congestion and improve safety
■ Plan and replenish inventory to achieve target warehouse utilization
■ Perform warehouse and logistics analysis and drive productivity and cost improvement
Financials
■ Responsible for financials related to equipment maintenance, waste disposal, cleaning and material supplies. Keep proper records to ensure compliance with finance policies.
■ Verify billings and keep track of expenditures Manage overtime and ensure spend is within the plan and the approved budget
■ Cost improvement projects is delivered according to commitment.
