The Opportunity:

Taking the role of lead, oversee and management Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects

• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of new facilities

• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners

• Implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure

• Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system

• Work with various internal and external stakeholders

• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen

• Contract Management: Planning and strategy of needs, Drafting and execution of contract documents, Manage the performance of contracts established, documentation and record keeping 

• Analysis and development on maintenance contracts

• Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates

• Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas

• Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation

• Financial budgeting and expenses monitoring

The Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or ACMV Engineering discipline with at least 10 years' experience in facilities management

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in Contract Management and Procurement Management

• Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage
