Job Details

• Freight forwarding MNC/ 3PL MNC

• Located - Jurong 

• Perm role with comprehensive benefits - AWS, Variable bonus, 14 Days Annual leave (starting), medical benefits

• Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours

• Under Ocean freight department (Export or Import dept) 

Job Responsibilities

• Booking & Coordination of sea shipments.

• Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation

• Coordinate with carriers/coloaders to make bookings or give loading instructions

• Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.

• Liaise with vendors & customers / transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min “O" / Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience / Experience in handling Ocean freight shipment

• Experienced in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage

• Being familiar in SAP will be an advantage but is not a must.

• Good team player with the ability to work independently

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
