Associate Trainer - #1112904

Responsibilities:

• Deliver face-to-face and on-the-job (OJT) training sessions, ensuring training content aligns with organizational goals and adapting methods to suit diverse learning needs

• Assist in creating and maintaining up-to-date, industry-compliant training materials by collaborating with subject matter experts to continuously improve support content

• Track employee training progress and maintain accurate records

• Identify gaps in training and recommend corrective actions. Provide regular updates to the Training Manager on training outcomes

• Evaluate employee skills and competencies through assessments, provide constructive feedback to employees on their performance and Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional training

• Ensure training programs emphasize safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance while monitoring adherence to safety protocols during sessions

• Provide mentorship and guidance to support employees’ professional growth and help them apply training to their daily tasks

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, participating in projects, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Business or related field

• Some experience or interest in training and development

• Basic knowledge of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Good communication skill

• Organized and detail-oriented
