Responsibilities
Stakeholder Relations
Coordinate and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing accounts, driving shipments/revenue, and reviewing raw material requirements and forecasts.
Align customer orders with inventory availability and production schedules, ensuring smooth communication with both internal teams and customers.
Demand & Supply Management
Plan and oversee demand and supply commitments to ensure timely product availability while minimising holding costs.
Analyse orders, forecasts, and inventory to determine raw material and component needs.
Work closely with procurement to secure timely delivery of materials and components.
Monitor and optimise stock levels to reduce costs and prevent delays.
Delivery Plan Scheduling
Develop and maintain delivery schedules in line with customer demand and production capacity.
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure workflow efficiency and customer requirements are met.
Track production progress, resolve challenges, and adjust schedules to meet commitments.
Database Maintenance & Process Improvement
Support implementation of new processes to meet evolving business needs.
Manage product configurations and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the fulfillment database.
Prepare and analyse reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve order accuracy.
Maintain accurate records and organise documentation in the shared drive.
General Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Fulfillment Head of Department.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail.
Foster teamwork and effective communication across departments and with customers.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant supply chain experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-player mindset.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
Location: Loyang Lane
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
