Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a wide range of tile products (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.) to customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors.
Provide product recommendations and guidance to clients based on their project requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotes to customers.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in construction, interior design, or building materials).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build rapport with clients and offer customized solutions.
