Job Description

• Manage and update Prime vehicle details, including activation and deactivation of drivers, addition of new vehicles, retrieval of income statements, and housekeeping of insurance documents.

• Support the Finance team by assisting in the collation and submission of Prime payments.

• Assist in the preparation of Auto Accept and Airport Incentive reports for performance tracking and compliance purposes.

• Monitor the driver referral program, including verifying incentive eligibility and arranging payouts the following week for qualified drivers.

• Maintain and update the CRAC report, including handling enquiries related to one-day free rental, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

• Handle and process WICA claims for drivers, ensuring documentation and follow-up are completed in accordance with statutory requirements.

• Perform housekeeping of insurance and rental agreement data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Provide administrative and operational support for the Zig2School project, including coordination with drivers, schedules, and stakeholders.

• Perform counter duty on Thursdays (on a rotational basis) to support frontline operations and driver enquiries.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth running of operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level or above.

• Able to commit for 4 months

• Basic Microsoft office skillset

• Fluent in English, prefer mandarin speaking due to quite a high portion of drivers speaks mandarin

• Meticulous and good at time management
