About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with a range of enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
