Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, Delivery Orders, debit notes, and credit notes

  • Perform contra entries for incoming AR payments

  • Generate monthly AR Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on outstanding payments with customers

  • Adjust stock transactions as required

  • Enter and manage import GST records

  • Perform general filing and document organization

  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level with LCCI Bookkeeping (Level 2), or an equivalent qualification from other countries

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)

  • Proactive, mature, and responsible working attitude

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken) is required, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers
