Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, Delivery Orders, debit notes, and credit notes
Perform contra entries for incoming AR payments
Generate monthly AR Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on outstanding payments with customers
Adjust stock transactions as required
Enter and manage import GST records
Perform general filing and document organization
Carry out other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Level with LCCI Bookkeeping (Level 2), or an equivalent qualification from other countries
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
Proactive, mature, and responsible working attitude
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken) is required, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers
