Role Overview:
Provide front-line technical support to customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and on-site visits. This position plays a key role in resolving technical issues, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support to customers through phone, chat, email, and on-site channels.

• Participate in 24×7 support operations, including working in rotating shifts.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations.

• Understand and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases to relevant product vendors.

• Maintain follow-ups with vendors to support product-related issues and contribute to identifying new solution opportunities based on customer feedback and industry trends.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, particularly in cybersecurity and network solutions.

• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Exposure to networking or cybersecurity deployment is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly via phone and email.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Fast learner with a keen interest in new technologies and IT solutions.

• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
