Summary
Act as an ambassador for CCSB vending business, the Vending Ambassador is responsible for achieving monthly sales target through daily replenishing of vending outlets according to the execution standard, ensuring vending machines are working at the optimum level, responding and communicating to customers needs and sales requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Maximize sales revenue and profitability of all vending machines and routes assigned
Deliver and replenish of vending machines/ dispensers according to the execution and operating standards
Meet daily vending machine coverage by adhering to the daily route planning schedule
Maintain intended product planogram and vend prices as prescribed based on cluster and machine type
Collect money from vending machines and keep them all well recorded with receipts for settlement at end of each working day
Keep accurate stock count for each machine before and after replenishment
Ensure vending machines are clean and in good working condition
Ensure all payment instruments – coin & note acceptors and cashless terminal, are functioning
Update product dummies, communication decals, shelf and price labels
Perform minor vending machine repairs or adjustments if required
Ensure vending machine technical faults are duly notified to the CDE team
Responsible for up to-date daily correct system update through SFA handheld units
Maintain effective and open communication with Vending Supervisor/Manager
Explore vending machine placement opportunities at strategic locations that helps grow sales revenue and profitability
Liaison with CDE team for new machine installation
Under direction of Supervisor, providing cover for colleagues' routes when deemed necessary
Ensure any areas of customer dissatisfaction brought to your attention are immediately notified to your Supervisor/Manager
Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean and tidy
Attending team meetings at suitable periods
Attending training courses when necessary
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level
Minimum 1-2 years of selling experience in FMCG industry is preferred
Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is a MUST.
Open for Malaysian (Working Visa Sponsorship).
