Responsibilities
· Keeps track of project control/monitoring documents and files and circulate those documents.
· Collect and store the project completion documents.
· Arrange and support the relevant department to execute the meeting.
· Prepare the documents, charts and presentation as per request from Project Manager.
· Manage the I/O for the external correspondences.
· Registration and distribution of drawings/documents issued.
· Update status of all documentations in share folder.
· Necessary documentation for ISO auditing.
· Provide administration support.
· Handle general administrative duties.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in business administration / construction management or other relevant disciplines
Document control working experience in the construction industry, will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills

Proficient in Google Suite Software
