Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline).

• Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and festive campaigns to boost sales.

• Manage marketing collaterals, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and in-store displays.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to build brand presence.

• Work with agencies/creators on content creation, influencer marketing, and online engagement.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on digital metrics.

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.

• Provide insights to support new product launches and promotional strategies.

• Track and analyze campaign ROI to optimize future marketing efforts.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams for product launch support.

• Work with Sales/Store teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at outlets.

• Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and suppliers for marketing initiatives.

5. Branding & Customer Engagement

• Support activities that strengthen Juewei’s brand image in Singapore.

• Assist in organizing events, sponsorships, or food fairs to increase brand visibility.

• Handle customer engagement activities, feedback collection, and loyalty program support.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• At least 1–2 years of marketing experience (F&B or retail industry preferred).

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

• Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
