Operation Executive – Airfreight Import - #1112667

Working Hours

• 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Job Scope

• To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner. 

• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers

• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic

• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents);

• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

What we're looking for

• Willing to perform overtime and standby duties before/after office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required

• Able to handle high volumes of work and manage urgent or time-sensitive shipments effectively

• Possess a good working attitude, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure

• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

• A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Relevant experience in airfreight operations, including handling A.O.G. shipments, is an advantage

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply – training will be provided

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the logistics and freight forwarding industry
