Responsibilities:

• Responding to technical support calls from end users regarding computers and software applications, network, and server systems.

• Setting up and installing new computers, network devices, servers, and software.

• Managing AD user accounts.

• Installing updates and patches.

• Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office.

• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.

• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.

• Managing backups of servers.

• Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science

• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol.

• Experience of support and provisioning of network devices and servers in a similar role.

• High level of customer service skills.

• Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
