Wellness Coaches - #1112598

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions to assess clients' health status, identify goals, and develop personalized health management plans​. 

• Provide guidance on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other health-related areas to promote overall well-being.​ 

• Monitor and document clients' progress, offering continuous support, motivation, and adjustments to health management plans as needed.​ 

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.​

• Support in other ad hoc assignments as assigned.
   

Qualifications: 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in health-related fields such as Nutrition, Public Health, Psychology, Health Science, or relevant fields  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and wellness coaching

• Certification in health coaching or a related field is a plus

• Passion working with youths, children and parents  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Proficiency in using digital platforms for virtual coaching sessions

• Empathetic, non-judgmental, and able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
