Description:

Responsible in the management of facilities management services for site assigned.
Responsible in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management.
Handles investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 1 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations
A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
